This past week has been a week that has really caused a lot of self-reflection. With the earthquake in Haiti and a myriad of other crazy things, I've realized how truly blessed I am. I'm also having my eyes opened wider to the reality that this world is a crazy, crazy place.

In light of the earthquake, I'm reminded of how true it is that even all of creation groans under the weight of sin.

I feel a fear in my heart that like many others, soon after the news forgets Haiti, that I will too.

Sin ruins everything.
